Starting at $400
A 2-hour, in-person or virtual meeting with Katy where we’ll dive into your design questions, review your space, select materials, and create a comprehensive summary of everything discussed. Whether you're just getting started or need guidance mid-project, this session gives you clear direction and confidence moving forward.
Drawings.
Starting at $1,000 (flat fee)
This service includes a detailed floorplan, elevations and 3D renderings for your space. These visuals serve as an invaluable communication tool when working with contractors. Once your layout and renderings are finalized, we recommend scheduling a consultation to review finish suggestions, though it's completely optional.
Full Service.
$150 an hour with a $2,000 retainer
We begin with an in-depth consultation to discuss the goals and vision for your project. Once your design plan is finalized, the KLO Team manages each detail from start to finish—including concept, floor plans, renderings, space planning, finish selections, procurement, delivery scheduling, and site visits.
Furnishing.
Starting at $1,500 per space (flat fee)
This service is ideal for clients looking to fully furnish and style a space without remodeling. We begin by establishing an itemized budget based on your needs, including allowances for key pieces like sofas, tables, rugs, lighting, and accessories.
From there, we provide a flat design fee to cover sourcing, a detailed floor plan for furniture layout, and a concept board to guide the overall aesthetic. Once approved, you're welcome to purchase items on your own or have us assist with procurement.
